1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Piaora ("Breast Milk - Pumping Tracker+"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Piaora is a breast milk pumping tracker that helps you log pumping sessions, track milk supply, manage freezer stash, and organize your pumping journey. The app is developed and operated by Huanrong Ma ("we", "us", "our").

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. By using Piaora, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

Piaora offers the following subscription options:

  • Monthly: $4.99/month, billed monthly
  • Annual: $39.99/year, billed annually (includes a 7-day free trial)

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. The actual price will be displayed in the App Store before purchase confirmation.

4.2 Free Trial

The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of your chosen plan.

4.4 Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

  1. Open iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions
  2. Select Piaora
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" or change your plan

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.5 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Piaora only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws. You shall not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Piaora are the property of Huanrong Ma and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Piaora is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All health data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your health data.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Piaora is a tracking tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huanrong Ma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
